Welcome to HIC TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC (“HIC Travel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By requesting a quotation, making a reservation, paying a deposit, purchasing any travel-related service, or using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our services

HIC Travel provides, but is not limited to, the following services:

• UAE Tourist Visa Processing
• Airport-to-Airport Visa Change
• Border-to-Border Visa Change
• Tourist Visa Extensions
• Visa Status Change
• Airline Ticket Reservations
• Hotel Reservations
• Holiday Packages
• Travel Insurance (where available)
• Airport Transfers
• Other travel-related services

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, embassies, immigration authorities, insurance providers, transport companies, and other travel suppliers.

2. Booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• Payment has been received in full or as agreed.
• Written confirmation has been issued by HIC Travel.
• Required documents have been submitted.

Availability is subject to confirmation by the relevant supplier.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal information.
• Ensure passports are valid for at least six (6) months from the intended travel date unless otherwise required.
• Verify that all booking details are correct immediately upon receiving confirmation.
• Obtain any required vaccinations or health documents.
• Comply with all immigration laws of the destination country.

HIC Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Visa services

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authority.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Visa fees, government charges, and processing fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

HIC Travel is not responsible for:

• Visa refusals
• Delays by immigration authorities
• Additional documentation requested by authorities
• Entry denial by immigration officers

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.

5. Airline tickets

Airline tickets are governed by the fare rules of the issuing airline.

These rules may include:

• Non-refundable tickets
• Change penalties
• Cancellation charges
• No-show penalties
• Date change restrictions

HIC Travel has no authority to override airline policies.

6. Hotel Reservations

Hotel reservations are subject to the hotel’s own policies.

Cancellation fees, amendment charges, or no-show penalties imposed by hotels shall be borne by the customer.

Hotel star ratings and descriptions are provided by the respective hotel or supplier.

7. Prices

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.

Prices may change due to:

• Airline fare changes
• Government taxes
• Fuel surcharges
• Exchange rate fluctuations
• Supplier price revisions

Quoted prices are valid only until confirmed in writing.

8. Payment

We accept:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Other approved payment methods

Bookings requiring deposits must be paid within the stated deadline.

Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.

9. Cancellation & refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Airline policies
• Hotel policies
• Visa processing stage
• Supplier rules

Processing fees charged by HIC Travel are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Refund processing times vary and may take several weeks depending on suppliers.

10. Changes to bookings

Any amendment requested after confirmation may be subject to:

• Airline penalties
• Hotel amendment charges
• Supplier fees
• Administrative fees

Changes are subject to availability.

11. No show

Failure to arrive for a booked service without prior notice may result in the total forfeiture of the amount paid.

12. Travel insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance should cover:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Lost baggage
• Personal liability
• Travel delays

HIC Travel is not liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

13. Force Majeure

HIC Travel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest
• Airport closures
• Airline strikes
• WarTerrorism

HIC Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

14. Limitation of liability

HIC Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers.

We are not liable for:

• Airline delays
• Flight cancellations
• Lost baggage
• Hotel overbooking
• Service failures by suppliers
• Immigration decisions
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to HIC Travel for the affected service, except where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Customer conduct

Customers agree to behave respectfully toward our staff and suppliers.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

16. Data protection

Personal information collected during bookings will be used solely for providing travel services, processing reservations, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

17. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, remains the property of HIC TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

18. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

19. Changes to terms

HIC Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
